The White Rim

An exciting 18-mile descent takes you from Canyonlands’ Schaefer Switchbacks down to the Colorado River overlook. This is a great introduction to mountain bike touring and the must-see scenery of Canyonlands. This tour includes lunch. $160/pp (includes bike) $130/pp with own bike

The White Rim Mountain Bike and Jet Boat Shuttle

This is a great intro to mountain bike touring and the must-see scenery of Canyonlands! We teamed up with Tag-A-Long Expeditions and they drop groups off at the top of Shafer Trail and are picked up by jetboat at Lathrop Canyon on the Colorado River for a relaxing, scenic ride back to town.  $205/pp (includes bike) $175/pp with own bike

The Whole Enchilada

This is the most popular mountain bike trail in Moab. After a technical three mile climb, this 21-mile ride races down and drops all the way back to our tour center. Plenty of options for a longer day (condition dependent). This tour also includes lunch! $175/pp (includes bike) $145/pp with own bike

What kind of rental bikes do you have available for tours?

We proudly use Specialized Stumpjumper 29ers for our mountain bike tours, bike rentals include helmet, pedals, water bottle and flat tire repair kit.

Where do tours leave from?

Tours leave from Escape Adventures Tour Center at Moab Cyclery, located in front of City Market.

What should I bring? How can I prepare?

You will want to prepare for your tour by bringing a comfortable pair of riding shorts and shoes, gloves, a snack and your camera. We highly recommend bringing a hydration pack and your own helmet. SPD shoes may be rented for $5 if you like.
