				Beware the trap of simply walking into a bike shop thinking, “I’m only going to browse around.” $200+ later I realized my real purpose for being there: my bike was getting serviced. And the service…. All I had to do was ask. One of the guys wasn’t busy and popped my steed upon the pole and found the issue. Another ~$50 later I was riding smoothly again. Thank you from a grateful trucker.

				Knowledgeable staff. From bike maintenance to trail suggestions, the staff made us feel welcomed. The team was helpful to all of us in our party with many questions. Everyone was very patient with us. Definitely the go-to shop in Moab.

				Great bike place with friendly employees.  I had a problem with the rear bearing on my bike and they helped me troubleshoot for 10-15' at no cost.  They also have a good selection of bike rentals and merchandise

				These guys went above and beyond to fix my bike while I was vacationing in Moab. 

My derailer snapped off  while on the trail and I thought my bike was dead.  I brought it in around 3 pm and they took it right in and fixed it quickly and it was not too expensive. 



The mechanic (I wish I had his name) was super helpful..

				Awesome repair shop.  Halfway into an awesome week of Moab trails, my XT shifter failed and they were able to replace it in an hour.  The next day, I crashed and tore the rear brake lever off.  They put a new one on in 30 minutes.  We came to Moab to ride an epic trail every day.  So having a shop that can fix my bike without losing a day was important.   When I called other shops, they said, "Drop it off.  We should be able to get to it tomorrow."  That is not what you want to hear when you drove a thousand miles to ride a much of Moab as possible.  Oh and David, the service manager is a really nice guy, though he did give me a funny look when he saw me back the next day.  😄
